Time zone meeting planner
Add the cities your team and clients work in, and every hour of the day appears side by side with working hours marked. Hours that fall inside the working day everywhere are flagged, and any slot can be copied as a list of local times or downloaded as a calendar invite.

Best times
No hour falls within working hours in every city. Choose an early or late slot, or rotate meeting times between regions.
Select a time
Select any hour in the grid to see it in every city, copy the times, or download a calendar invite.
Daylight saving and dates
Offsets come from your browser’s time zone database, the same data your operating system uses, and are calculated for the selected date. Plan a meeting for next month and the grid reflects that month’s clocks, including changes the regions make on different dates.
When a slot falls on a different calendar day in another city, the cell shows +1d or −1d. The calendar invite is written in UTC, so every attendee’s calendar shows it at their own local time.
Questions
How do I find a meeting time across time zones?
Add each participant's city and pick the date. Hours marked with a dot fall within working hours in every city. If none do, choose an early or late slot, or rotate the inconvenient hour between regions from meeting to meeting.
Does it account for daylight saving time?
Yes. Offsets are calculated for the date you select, so a meeting planned across the March or October changes shows the correct local times.
How do I send the meeting time?
Select the slot, then copy the list of local times or download a calendar invite (.ics) that opens in Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar.
Can I change what counts as working hours?
Yes. Set the start and end of the working day above the grid. The same hours apply to every city.
How many cities can I compare?
Up to eight. The first city is the home time zone; the grid's columns follow its hours. Select the house icon on any other row to make it home.
